Delivery days for shawarma, chips, and drinks.

All Wednesdays -7:30pm to 10:30pm

All Fridays- 7:30pm to 10:30pm

All Saturdays 6:00pm to 10:30pm

All Pre-orders should be placed the previous week prior to delivery.

Delivery days for pre-orders are every Tuesday & Thursday for Hull resident, and Wednesday & Friday for non-Hull residents.

Please select your preferred delivery day according to your location.

Deliveries for Tuesday or Wednesday should be placed on or before 12:00pm on the previous Friday.

For Thursday or Friday delivery, all pre-orders should be placed on or before 12:00pm the previous Sunday.

Please note that our Seafood platter deliveries are Tuesdays and Wednesdays only, and all orders should be placed on or before the previous Wednesday.

Any sea food order placed outside this cut off will be moved to the next delivery day.

We charge £3.40 for delivery of shawarma, chips, and drinks for Hull residents only.

Delivery for our pre-order meals is -£ 4.99 for Hull residents and £8.99 for non-Hull residents.

You can select your preferred delivery date during checkout.

Please note, we do not deliver on Sundays, Mondays, and public holidays.

Unavailable days will be blocked out during checkout.

Our meals and packed and delivered in insulated packs with ice packs that will keep the food cool during transit and after delivery, however it is best if the delivery is received personally.

We advise taking out the food pouches from the box as soon as possible after delivery and storing in a refrigerator or freezer.

Please inform us if you will be absent at the time of delivery by using the note before checking out.

We will be able to inform the courier company to leave with a neighbor or safe place at your address.

If you are absent when the order arrives, the courier will either leave your order in a safe place at your address, drop off your order with a neighbor and leave you a card, or return the order to their depot for redelivery the following day. Please note that in any of these scenarios, we will deem your order as fulfilled.

Your order will arrive in our insulated delivery boxes with ice packs, maintaining the cool temperature of your meal during transit.

Yes, all our meals are prepared fresh.

All our meals are freshly made with no added preservatives and are cooled down right after being made to maintain the freshness with no need for added preservatives. Our meals are delivered wrapped in insulated packs containing ice packs to keep them in refrigerator temperature during transit, ensuring you receive them in a perfect condition to be refrigerated, freeze, or heat.

Our meals are packed in BPA-free food grade pouches. All our pouches are heat sealed to prevent spillages.

Storage of our meals are convenient as our food pouches can be stored in the refrigerator or freezer after delivery.

We work with a BRC accredited food pouch supplier, as the food pouches are manufactured and stored at the possible best standard.
